We work hard to ship all orders on the same day that they are placed. However, most paint orders are custom mixed so it can take up to 24 hours before your order is ready. Orders that are placed late on Friday, or over the week-end, will be processed the next Monday.

USA Bottle Kits

USA Bottle Kits ship by default via USPS Ground Advantage, and delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days from the shipping date, depending on where you are located.

You have the option to upgrade your shipping method upon placing your order to USPS Priority Mail in the Checkout section of the website. USPS Priority Mail typically delivers within 2 or 3 business days once the package is picked up from our facility by the post office, depending on your location.

USA Aerosol Kits

USA Aerosol Kits must ship by ground (truck) due to their pressurized nature. They cannot ship by air. We ship aerosol kits by USPS Ground Advantage, offering some of the fastest delivery times for aerosols - delivery usually takes between 2 and 5 business days from the shipping date, depending on where you are located. Ground shipments to Hawaii and Alaska can take longer. 

All orders placed on ScratchesHappen.com, Amazon.com and eBay.com will ship from our US location in Salt Lake City, Utah.

CANADA

Once we ship your order, delivery to the Eastern provinces usually takes between 2 and 5 business days from the shipping date. Delivery to Western provinces can take 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date.

Canadian Bottle Kits usually ship by Intelcom or Canada Post, depending on your location and carrier availability.
