
Order Processing Time
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Most paint orders are custom mixed and are typically ready to ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend are processed the next business day, usually Monday, unless it is a holiday.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
United States Orders
All U.S. orders ship from our Salt Lake City, Utah facility.
USA Delivery Time
Most U.S. Ground Advantage orders to the continental U.S. arrive within 2–5 business days after carrier pickup.
U.S. Ground Advantage to Alaska and Hawaii and U.S. Territories can take longer due to distance.
U.S. Priority Mail (Bottle Kits only) typically arrive within 2–3 business days after carrier pickup.

Ship via USPS Ground Advantage by default
You may upgrade to USPS Priority Mail at checkout
USA Aerosol Kits
Must ship by ground (truck) due to pressurization (cannot ship by air)

Canada Orders
All Canadian orders ship from our Joliette, Québec facility.
Canada Delivery Time
Eastern provinces: 2–5 business days from the shipping date
Western provinces: 5–7 business days from the shipping date

Ship via Intelcom or Canada Post, depending on delivery location and carrier availability
Canada Aerosol Kits
Must ship by ground due to pressurization (cannot ship by air)
