Whether we can ship to a PO Box depends on where your order is shipping from and which carrier is used. Below is a breakdown by country.
United States Orders
Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes in the United States.
Most U.S. orders ship via USPS, which delivers directly to PO Box addresses. If your order ships with USPS, a PO Box address is fully supported.
If a private carrier is required for your order, a physical street address may be needed instead.
Canada Orders
Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes in Canada, with some limitations.
PO Box delivery in Canada is supported when orders ship via Canada Post. This is common, especially in rural areas where PO Boxes are the primary delivery option.
However, private carriers such as Intelcom or FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your order is routed through one of these carriers, a physical street address will be required.
If you’re unsure which carrier will be used for your order, our Support team can help confirm the best address to use.
