If you are located near Salt Lake City, Utah, local pickup may be available for your order. We do not offer a selectable “Local Pickup” option at checkout, but we can arrange pickup manually if requested immediately after placing your order.
How to Request Local Pickup
Complete checkout as you normally would.
Use the Ask Shine button on this page and provide:
Your order number
The SKU(s) you purchased
A note that you are requesting local pickup
Because some paints are prepared and shipped quickly (sometimes within an hour), it’s important to contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If we receive your request in time, we will hold the order before it ships.
Once your order is ready, we will email you with pickup instructions.
Shipping charges are not refunded for local pickup orders, as they cover manual handling and processing.
