Unopened and unused products can be returned to us within 30 days for a refund. Take note that shipping charges are not refundable and that we do not provide return labels.

If the product has been opened and/or used, we will refund your money if the issue qualifies under our Color Match Guarantee.

We will always replace missing packages (or items) and damaged goods at no charge.

Custom-mixed paint can make returns a bit more hands-on — but for good reason.

If the color doesn’t seem right or there was a mix-up with the paint code, we may still be able to assist after the fact. Our return process is built with these situations in mind — no automated hoops to jump through, and support available if you need it.
